REVIEW #9 – I was looking to diversify our portfolio some; and have some reliable, tangible assets vice the mostly stock approach. I did my research starting at the source the US Mint. I was eventually referred to BlueVault. I called with questions. David called me back within and hour listened and answered my questions thoroughly. It was a pleasant conversation. A few days later, I called again with additional questions, and spoke to Michael. He was also pleasant and professional on the phone.
I conducted the purchase via financial wire which garnered a small discount as well as a $5 per ounce discount for a bulk purchase. Once all funds had cleared the order was placed, received within a week. I drove down and sat with Dawson to arranged a storage box in the vault (at a military discount), and sign for my purchase. Which was thoroughly counted out in front of me. I received cash change for the unspent part of the wire transfer. I was given a thorough explanation of the facility, security and access procedures, biometric scanning and other requirements.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase, the active engagement of each member of the team I dealt with, and communication from all parties. As well as being convinced this is a safe space for physical assets to be stored.
