Joseph(Joe) is the owner-operator and has a few other people working there, but I always deal with him directly. He’s very approachable, he knows the product, he wants to keep a regular customer base, so he has given me great pricing that I can’t find anywhere else in Dallas. He’s very fair and transparent on both sides of trading. If he can’t buy or sell something for the price you want, he will explain why, including what he has invested in it and how he is calculating his pricing. I appreciate the honesty. They have a large inventory and are actively trading a lot. It seems like he is making his money by keeping a lot of activity moving through his store at the best prices in town.
