The staff can be a little short with you at first, I think its because the silver gold buisness can be frustrating with customers wanting refinds, trying to haggle, and getting upset and when spot prices jumps the day after they sold their metal, or goes down after they bought.
I have kept coming and built a repore with the salemen, they are very friendly, answer questions, recommmend different items, and they are good to returning customers. They are also cheaper then buying online, and theres always new things coming in. I have gotten Universal movie rounds, combibars, Presidental coins, brand new Britiannia, a libertad, Philharmonic, all for great prices.
I would recommend anyone who want to get into stacking start here. Just give the guys some time to warm up, they may not be all buddy buddy the first time you come in, but thats because to them you may be the person who rushes in the next day demanding an exta $100 or refund because spot proces changed rapidly…

REVIEW #12 – Joe is such a pleasure to deal with. I’ll often spend 30-45 minutes with him chatting at the front of the store after we’ve put the transaction through the debit card machine. He tells me whether he’s seeing more buying versus selling, what people are buying and selling…he’s a great resource to have when you want to chat about the vibe on the street. Sometimes his inventories can run a little low but when they do he often pulls out some interesting alternatives (he’ll have silver Eagles instead of Maples for example). He’s always the first person I go to see when making a gold, silver or platinum purchase. Both his buy and sell prices are competitive…I’m not going to drive across town to visit another shop to save $25 and then deal with crappy customer service there (the place on Center Street).
