Jackie was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through what coins to look for and separate before coming in to ensure the process went smoothly. While reviewing the coins/certificates in the store, Jackie also educated me about the benefits of investing in silver/gold and recommended what to do with items that were collectibles but not worth more than their face value. I came here and explained the situation and how I would like to purchase the coin back. They were able to find the exact coin. This shows how organized of a business they run. I understand they are running a business and need to make money. We agreed on a very fair price and I purchased it back. They easily could’ve sold the coin for more than they did to me to someone else.
