REVIEW #18 – I can’t say enough good things about this place. I went there as somewhat of a novice and I didn’t realize that they prefer cash transactions. I only had a debit card and they waved the fee for me. What’s worse is that I actually don’t know the pin to my debit card because I always use it as a credit card, which actually results in a higher charge for them. They were actually kind enough to wave that fee as well. I was checking on them for a friend of mine in Wisconsin, to make sure she was getting a “fair” deal on her Silver….which she did. These guys pay slightly higher than the national average and seem to be upfront and honest. We pay higher than them, but we are in Colorado and have a slightly more competitive market. When I started buying silver they were very knowledgeable and explained many things and answered all my questions related to taxes and what’s the cheapest way to get silver etc. My kids and I have been in there a few times and the staff is super friendly. For example, we found jewelry on the street, tried to return it and were unable. We took it in here to see what it’s worth. It’s usually fake but the kids love the experience. I just bought a roll of 2025 pennies to hand out to my kids and the youth in my Cub Scout Pack and once the owner found out I was a cub leader he gave me a discount.
