I had a bunch of broken gold and mismatched earrings that I took to a pawn shop and the pawn shop gave me a quote that was a little over 100$ LESS than what I got when I came here. Made an appointment online but as it turned out the person I scheduled with wasn’t there – they were in fact short staffed on short notice and apologized for the confusion. That being said, the staff were great and they worked as a team to assess my items, educate me on what it was that I had (lots of coins and old bills) and were very transparent and fair with the pricing. I wish I had gotten all of their names because each of them were very willing to help out a random dude with a shoe box full of musty currency (lol) but big shout out to Chris (obviously that’s the only name I remembered) who helped assess my bills and close out the transaction. Understand, that these are very busy people, very knowledgeable, and its a fast paced business – a little humor will go A LONG way to making the interaction fun, and these are fun people who love what they do.
