There is a choice of box sizes and if you book the wrong size online or by phone, you can change your mind when you get there. Customers are given privacy in a separate room to put their belongings in the safety deposit box. Only when you are ready, do the staff help you to store the box. It’s very straightforward and as a new customer, I was made to feel comfortable. REVIEW #8 – Staff are truly helpful and loverly people. mum purchased me a beautiful collerette necklace on Christmas eve, but it did not feel right on me. Poor staff I had them up the wall on Saturday as I was so undecided whether to keep, as it was such a personal present from my mum. I left the shop after an hour and half with the necklace and I was sure I was going to keep, but in my heart of hearts I new I was not going to wear as it did not feel comfortable.
