They were under spot by 2-3%, which I thought was a fair price considering the current value of metals! The facility felt safe, a security guard unlocks the door for you, and you meet with an attendant in a room off to the side. The attendant I dealt with was friendly and courteous. They had options to receive payment in cash or cheque, but had limits on how much cash they can hand out for one transaction.
