UNFORTUNATE REVIEW – I visited Best Bullion on 28 February 2024 to sell various gold and silver bars. I had 110 grams of grams, equivalent to 3.88 ounces. Based on the bid price displayed on the board inside the shop, I should have been offered a price of approximately AED 28,900. I was only offered a price of AED 26,430. When I asked about the difference, the sales agent declared that the shop uses a different method to convert grams into ounces, declaring that the conversion rate shown on Google is WRONG!!. Best Bullion basically scams their customers by approximately 8% to 10% by using a different conversion rate from grams to ounces, thereby reducing the amount that the customers receive for the gold sales. Shame shame shame on them for this deceitful practice – this is UNACCEPTABLE and I will not use them again in future. Be Warned about this difference before you decide to visit this shop!!
