Big parking area at the front with a nice security wall. The security guards are also very helpful and they have 2 ATM’s outside. They have aircon and seating inside. However, you need to make sure you get your number from the computer screen in order to wait for your turn of having their polite staff serve you. – iain smith

The night entrance is opposite the Pan de Manila bakery on De la Rosa street. Not visible from the street. Need to enter through a small walkway or driveway.
