Assisted by jenny at counter 8, she was pretty well rounded in the process and despite the complexity of joint accounts freeze period, her recommendations were satisfactory especially in terms of advising next steps and procedures, a staff like this guarantees that human skills are very much needed and that nobody, not even automation would replace her skills. Did a small research while waiting the turn, it seems that the process has taken a complete makeover and the amount of work that needs to be done has been reduced thanks to her. REVIEW #4 – Went here today for a program by Al Maghrib. Was impressed with the facility and the beauty of the internal of the building.
Instead of only relying on the lift, this building has three escalators enabling people to go from each floor with ease without the need to wait for the lift.
The banquet hall (Dewan Tun Abdul Razak) is on the second floor and it is availble for events and wedding.
The surau was huge! I was informed that the Jumaah Prayer is held here every Friday. The surau is located on the 4th floor. If you are having your wedding feast in this building, you could even use the surau for your solemnized ceremony (akad nikah).
There is also a badminton court inside the building which is located on the third floor. – Rozaini Ismail
