REVIEW #2 – We were disappointed with Kim/Noble Investing. We didn’t feel there was focused oversight of our portfolio or that we were heard properly on several occasions. The growth we experienced, the 2 years we were with her, were largely due to funds we brought to the portfolio ourselves. We felt that she also did not know her job fully. On a poorly performing fund, we were told “that’s the way the fund is apportioned and we can’t change it”, only to learn when we pushed our concern that she found that it could in fact be changed. We expected her to be more educated about what her investors options were. In the end, we left Noble and after only 1 year back with Vanguard, we are so very happy with our advisor and the performance of our portfolio. – C Schloeder
