He also did not pressure me to sign up for anything, only wanted to understand my goals and help me achieve them. He took time to show me visually what he was saying and also made down to earth analogies. Patient but super focused: he is so fast with entering plan numbers and concepts to get useful graphs- super knowledgeable. I drove pretty far to come in but it was a way better experience seeing things, being able to sign stuff and just get the ball rolling. 10/10 customer service in general in this building, I was greeted right away and everyone was very friendly.
