I asked a couple of other questions, and he answered them without hesitation. With some of the silver pieces I had, he stated that it would be better if I just kept them, because they would be better as a jewelry set. After he shared his offer, I told him that I was going to get one more quote, and he reassured me that his offer would not change if I came back.
