REVIEW #24 – Nothing but a positive experience. My brother and I were tasked with dealing with our father’s large coin collection. When we’ve stopped in it usually takes nearly a whole day for Craig to go through the various items. He explains things to help us understand the ‘why’ behind whatever he is currently assessing. He is patient and has no issue with the process. Occasionally another customer comes in who has a need that Sheila cannot take care of fully. Craig is always apologetic for the interruption, but we understand and it is never an issue for us. Taking 5 minutes away from our nearly all day task is no big deal.
Both Sheila and Craig are friendly and great to do business with. We feel we have been treated with respect and always felt we’ve gotten the best deal for what we’ve presented to them. As others have mentioned, Craig & Sheila take the time to answer questions and educate about the ‘why’ for the answer. Knowledgeable and honest.
I and my brother would highly recommend Capital City Coin & Bullion to anyone needing to buy or sell any of the items these folks deal in. Also, do not confuse these folks with the shop west of this location which has a similar name.
