Id say my online experance was great; however theres something about going into a physical location and receiving servace with someone face to face.
Ive been there enough and spoke to enough staff to give an honest review at this point and I will break it down in sections:
Selling – on par with what to expect. Prices are great when it comes to selling metals
Buying – premiums are lower than any online Canadian dealer I could find and thats excluding shipping costs!
Staff – very friendly; some reviews mention the fancy nail lady but she is a gem. As a younger guy who is getting into the hobby I was worried at first after reading reviews. Ive really grown to respect someone who has a straight forward and is as “tell it how it is” as her. Really respectable personality type as theres not many like her and it makes me appreciate how real she is. She is not rude – just too real for todays society I guess. Much love to her for keeping it real.
Conclusion: a great place to both buy and sell. Best prices and the more you go the better the experance is. Ditching my online dealer and going to greet these lovely people with a smile when I go in because I know Im treated right, not matter what the reviews say.
