REVIEW #5 – They truly have one of the best customer service I have ever had. They made a slightly misleading post and gave me the item worth several hundred for doing so. As a customer the people at Ridge really care about their feedback and thats why they are one of the best at what they do. Knowing most of the popular coin people on whatnot where they stream they really need to step up their game . As most are cheap on whatnot coins and will complain a lot and insult their stream and sell cheap copper rounds or silver at insanely high prices or do big whatnot gambling streams a lot to screw over people with gambling habbits and make up for costs .
Overall their honor system and moral pricipals are top of the line . Many coins companies I know won’t honor this much as I have won gold for way under melt fairly and they didn’t send. Thankfully those companies aren’t around much no more cause maybe people saw who they really are. REVIEW #9 – I love this business. The people are even easier to love than the product they sell. Not only do you get the best deal, period. Literally nobody will come close; but also they are extremely honest about what they are selling and why they are selling it never once have I ever over paid for anything if anything I have always underpaid for premium product. I believe in people and in businesses like this, I believe we need more of them. I only wish I had a ridge coin closer to me since I am in Oregon, other than that they are phenomenal in every aspect. I buy from them primarily on eBay live, I accidentally ran into a stream they were running and it was the best thing that’s ever happened to me. To give you an idea of how fantastic it was, three vintage ten ounce silver Scottsdale bars went for just over five hundred bucks, basically two free bars and I was stunned. And you know what, they just be running those throughout the show. They also have a mad man of a brother who does even more unhinged stuff like that and I think it is absolutely fantastic! I love these people, their business, and their streams. They are as honest as it gets, and comparable to the best bullion dealers on a mass scale, I would say they are even better. In fact, he just sold an American silver eagle for a penny, and he thinks it’s fantastic. And so do I. I’ve been there since day one on eBay and I will continue to be there to bother them! However, I am being serious about how fantastic this business truly is, top notch in every way. And the people, the people are what makes that business what it is.
