The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and quickly established that my ring was actually more valuable as a ring, as what I thought were crystals in a gold plated ring was actually a 22k and platinum diamond ring! They gave me recommendations to local businesses which would offer me more, and I did end up selling at a price I was happy with.
