REVIEW #22 – Though I did not sell my items due to lower than expected offer. The offer was not disgraceful and many people would have accepted it if they were in a quick need for cash. The customer was service great and there was complete honesty throughout the process. What disappointed me though was that I could not be given the actual buy price per gram of gold per Ct.of the items I was wanting to sell. This makes it very difficult to make comparisons with other buyers and lacks transparency. However it was pointed out to me that the company is a second-hand jewellery buyer and not bullion dealer. Fair enough that’s their business model. I really felt at ease at their place of business, there was no pressure to accept offer and there was no animosity when the offer was rejected.
