I was going to go with another company because their prices were slightly lower, but AFTER they had taken my email, address and even bank info – they surprised me with a $200+ shipping fee and wouldn’t lower it when I took the silver out of the deal.
My contact person wouldn’t call back to work through my concerns despite repeated attempts. I felt like he was too important for a little order like mine.
After I took my business to you folks, this other company started sending a LOT of email. I had to call and ask to have my account removed which they were reluctant to do. There was never an apology for their “bait and switch” approach and their rep ignoring my efforts to reach out.

My most coveted set of coins (the 2016 5oz. fine silver- big coin set) was on display and I was in awe just to see it with my own eyes. I could never afford it; but seeing it with my own eyes filled my heart.
