Her team is awesome – Li is so thorough and helpful and Yunus Yenginer has been super, too. I think Brandon was one of the technical guys that fielded one of my husband’s more complicated challenging scenarios.
Everyone we’ve met in the Fidelity Sunnyvale office is professional, helpful, and engaged. And, while this review is really about Sheela and her office, I’ll have to say that even when I’ve called Fidelities 800# for help, they’ve been great, too. The hold times have been short and they’ve helped me solve my problems or answered my questions.
